Structures of the anterolateral corner

The anatomy includes the superficial and deep aspects of the iliotibial band (ITB) and its attachments to the femur, along with the anterolateral ligament (ALL), a capsular structure within the anterolateral capsule.

The lateral collateral (or fibular collateral) ligament and the tendon of the popliteus are also in this area.
