A mini stork is a knee rehabilitation exercise to improve knee flexibility.

Standing facing a support, resting the hands for balance, bend the knee to 90 degrees while supporting it on a chair behind you.
Bend the good knee into a squat, so that the bad knee is gently but firmly bent also. Hold for a few seconds and stand up again.

This exercise is a passive
flexion
exercise as well as a
quads
stretch.
