Regenexx stem-cell procedure to treat severe knee medial compartment OA

Here is my six-month post-op report. First, the good news: I was able to bike twice for more than three miles without any pain afterward. Except, this time my knee started to hurt three days later and I have to ice it. Not sure if it was caused by the ride or a wrong move, but suffice it to say, for a person my age and advanced stage of OA, Regenexx's stem-cell therapy was ineffective. YMMV.
