I was wondering if anyone has had a similar operation? What were the outcomes/long term affects?
I have recently been told that I should consider a redo ACL reconstruction, MCL reconstruction, meniscus repair and an extra stabilising procedure on the lateral side of my knee.
I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair 8 years ago and never felt right even after the surgery. I had a recent injury last year which started the process to have my knee repaired again.
I don't know if I should go through with such a big (actually 2 stage) operation as I am currently still trying to live life normally even if there is pain and instability. However I am still in my 20s
