I want to ask you if anybody tried taking fat burners after knee surgery while going to PT sessions?
I am after MPFL reconstruction, started my PT week ago. Basically I work on my muscle strength and ROM, I should start doing more probably in 2 weeks maybe. Having my knee done I want to lost some weight so I thought about buying kind of fat burners. But I'm not sure if it a good idea now or I should wait till I start going to gym, probably from January? I don't want to waste money on fat burners now If I'm not sure my exercises helps to make it work.
Any experience?
