How do i know if i have OSD?

How do i know if i have OSD?

I am a teenager and very active. I play lots of sport every week. I have been having pain just below the knee and to the side for about two years now. My mum took me to the doctors 12 months ago and they sent me for x-rays. Nothing showed up so he sent me to a specialist. He found nothing and sent me to do some physio. I had to cancel that as my schedule is too busy. What should i do?
