Swelling After Meniscectomy

Hi all
I'm 18 days post op of menisectomy, have now gotten on top of the pain, but my knee and lower inner thigh are really swollen up...my already fat lumpy thighs are now even more swollen. Any advice on trying to reduce this swelling would be appreciated. My ankle/top of foot also feels tight.

Ice (several times a day for 20-30 mins with a cloth over skin), elevation (above your heart) and time unfortunately!
Keep your feet up whenever sitting, as high as you can
