Thanks for asking, KNEEguru. I appreciate it a lot.

I watched a youtube interview with Sebastiano (link below) a couple months ago and I was extremely impressed. Listening to his takes on knees/arthrofibrosis and related topics, you are left thinking 'Wow. If only I had a physiotherapist like this.'

I can understand your frustration with the diagnosis. It might be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another orthopedic specialist. Arthrofibrosis and adhesive capsulitis can sometimes be challenging to detect on MRI, and a more thorough examination could provide clarity on the cause of your ROM deficits. Best of luck with your journey to find answers and relief.

Hi again Douglas_Firs
If you would like to make contact with the organisation in which Sebastiano Nutarelli is involved, and who specialise in AF - you can email them at [email protected]
European Knee Arthrofibrosis Center (www.eukafcenter.ch)

I understand there is an assistant called Tatiana who takes care of their international patients, and one can ask for a Telehealth call to be scheduled if this interests you.
