I watched a youtube interview with Sebastiano (link below) a couple months ago and I was extremely impressed. Listening to his takes on knees/arthrofibrosis and related topics, you are left thinking 'Wow. If only I had a physiotherapist like this.'

I can understand your frustration with the diagnosis. It might be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another orthopedic specialist. Arthrofibrosis and adhesive capsulitis can sometimes be challenging to detect on MRI, and a more thorough examination could provide clarity on the cause of your ROM deficits.
