BPC-157 Peptides for fat pad

saw integrative doctor on youtube talking about BPC-157 Peptides for injured fat pad. but then i read BPC-157 stimulate healing so thinking would not be good for those with an dysregulated overly reactive inflammatory healing like arthrofibrosis. any opinion? thanks
