Is this the same???

Several years ago, I dislocated two fingers on my right hand. After pt OS said that I had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. ( in my mind it was just really sore for a long time). Whatever it was, it cleared up in time with pt. Now my question is simply curiosoty (sp) but when you guys talk about RSD, is that what you are talking about? It sounds much more serious for knee people than whatever was wrong with my hand. IS that a curable probleM? And one final question. was my former OS an idiot?
thanks for the info, just been wondering if they are the same thing

That sure is RSD what you are talking about. It can be quite severe or just minor, depending on when it gets caught and how it gets managed.
Hope that helped

Thanks Linds, I was just wondering because I have never had any problem since then but from the stuff that I have read, mine was so minor compared to other people's. Is it curable? I think mine was either cured or misdiagnosed, dont know which.
