What is the best type of surgery u can have?
« on: September 07, 2004, 02:52:26 AM »
Hey well i started off here telling my story and i had came to the conclusion that if i want to be out playing, surgery is the way to go. I've been proposed of 3 types of surgeries that can be done: one where they stretch your hamstring to make an acl, the petalla and the donor. i play soccer and was suggested to have the petella surgery if i wanted to play soccer in college and b/c of my age(17)  i have no clue on choosing...what would u suggest?

Hey

check out the Cruciate section and the post on Harmstring vs Patellar or make a search. There have been quite a few postings on here on this topic already.

Cheers,
Philip
