diffrence between osteotomy and unispacer

 :) ???can any one please tell me the diffrence between a osteotomy and a unispacer i have had both my knee caps removed 10 years ago.im 25 now and im suffering with extreme pain and bad grinding from my tendon onto bone i see a os wednesday
