Best Physio / clinic in the Midlands
« on: July 29, 2004, 07:54:01 PM »
I live in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands and have had problems with both knees, which I think is where the patella is maltracking. Pain on going down stairs etc.

I want to get this sorted out and am prepared to travel within a reasonable distance. I note Droitwich Knee clinic is recommended here...............Anybody else have personal recommendations of other clinics in the West Midlands / Birmingham ? I'm keen to see a knee specialist rather than a jack of all trades physio.

Dear Rudy

I have a recomendation for you.

Dr Spalding, He is based at Rugby St Cross Hosp, although he also works out of Coventry and Warwickshire.

He did my TTT and LR

He is very astute and has a good bed side manor.  His regesrtars are also of the highest quality.  And if you need to be opperated on the Rugby hospital is brilliant.  The nursing staff are amazing, really caring and considerate.

Coventry and Rugby are kind of near you, in the midlands any way.  hope this helps

PS  One more recomendation. . . . . DO NOT  UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO GEORGE ELLIOTT IN NUNEATON!!!  ever!!!!!
