Fluid in the knee 2 weeks after scar tissue remova
« on: July 31, 2004, 09:53:05 AM »
Hi
I had scar tissue removal done in my left knee 2 weeks ago and scar tissue was formed from an acl recon i had done back in dec. of 2003.  My question is concerning fluid in the knee after my scar tissue surgery. Im 2 weeks one day post op from the removal and knee does not look swollen but i feel fluid in the knee that causes a pressure feeling in the knee along with i think the fluid is causeing some rom lack as well.  Is this something to be concerned about and will the fluid exit the knee on its own??  Also will this fluid increase my chance of scar tissue comming back??  Im really would like some opinions.
Thanks
Jason
