Been a minute since I checked in. I'm at the 14 month mark but I'm still having problems walking down stairs. Any suggestions on exercises to help?
I also would do an extensive massage of my knee and the swollen areas, it was very uncomfortable early on, but it really seemed to help with loosening the scar tissue and adhesions around the tendon and joint.

I've read some responses and was wondering what massage work people would recommend? Also, what is 'scrapping'? Is this a different type of massage therapy? Thanks in advance.A
Keeping a positive attitude is the only way to get by this, remember every person is different so don't gauge your progress against others use what they have done to assist you in knowing that you too will get there with time.
