stabalizer crutch
« on: June 12, 2004, 08:15:40 AM »
I have always found crutches to be difficult to use. The crutch top would slip out from under my arm, causing me to stumble. I was dreading a few weeks on crutches post op. I was very concerned that I would fall and do more damage. I read about the stabalizer crutch
http://www.crutches.net/  further down on this thread and did order one. It has really made a big difference in my stability. Of course, I wish I could burn the crutches now, but at least I am able to get around without the fear of stumbling. I am not affiliated in any way with the manufacturer of the crutch.
