i am a 32 year old builder and have been suffering from bad knees for quite a long time, though not suprisingly as i am on my knees a lot of the time. They always grind and pop loudly when i walk up and down stairs . I have the occasional flare up and am in alot of pain.
Both knees are affected but usually one at a time. It usually lasts about a week.
I have pain just below the left knee cap, the boney lump?? the tendon? The area is slightly inflamed but not red. I do not have a fever. When I touch it, in a specific place, I get a burning sensation going into my knee like a red hot poker. Somebody once
said it sounded like calcium spots. I have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen today.
