CPM following LOA
« on: March 04, 2022, 03:39:32 PM »
I recently underwent an arthroscopic lysis of adhesions within my R knee (developed following a complex surgery requiring prolonged immobilization). I never had scar tissue issues with my two previous knee injuries. I am wondering if anyone can let me know what my recovery will be following the LOA? How long does swelling last? Is pain/swelling typically worse certain days following the procedure?

For those of you who used CPM following LOA, what machine settings did you use? I am currently trying to keep flexion at 90 degrees, but my knee has (as expected) become more swollen over the past 24H since surgery making it more challenging to achieve 90 degrees. Thanks!
