I'm in Canberra ACT but willing to travel if there is someone that knows all about this condition and if they can treat someone that has had it since they had BTKR over three years ago.

There are a few surgeons in Australia who are willing to operate on somebody with arthrofibrosis, however, regardless of skill level and knowledge this can lead to worse outcomes rather than better. This is because an operation is another wound, and it's dysfunctional wound healing that leads to AF.
