Unfortunately, no one here is a diagnostician, also the whole series of MRI images are used by the radiologist to produce the report, they have many years of training in reading the images. Do you have a written report too, that is rather more useful.
Have you discussed the scan results with your doctor?
I’m not sure if there might be some damage to the back of your patella (the bone looks a bit ragged under the surface) but you need an expert to tell you what might be going on.
Chondromalacia patella is really just the name for softening of the cartilage, not to cartilage or even bone defects
