My knee has been giving way post quad tendon repair. Should I be concerned or is as a result of the strength exercises? I've been doing a lot of ROM exercises lately also, could this be a reason for the increase in giving way?
Or' as my Physio says "it's normal as the quads are still repairing and strengthening". He reckons the strength in my operated quads is about 50% of my good leg.
My OS doesn't even respond to my emails!
By the way I'm 62 but always fit and active pre op.
