anyone get better from pes anserine bursitis
« on: September 04, 2021, 09:29:26 PM »
Ive developed bilateral pes anersine bursitis after my tto, I believe it is because now my legs are in a different alignment it is putting pressure on the tendons/bursa

Ive had physio for six months and it isn't getting better - its really starting to get me down.

Ive had cortison which helped but its come back -

Anyone deal with this and end up ok?

Bursas are fluid-filled sacks that reduce friction or rubbing of tendons over joints.  Reduce activity and it will go away.
