Has anyone ever received an IT Band Tenodesis surgery ONLY done on their current intact ACL? No new ACL, No ACL Revision. Only an IT Band Tenodesis performed on their current intact ACL. Did it solve your pain and problems? What was recovery/physical therapy like?

"This Technical Note describes a method of ITB tenodesis in which a central slip of the ITB is passed deep to the lateral collateral ligament and then rerouted anteriorly for fixation at a location anterior and proximal to the lateral femoral epicondyle."
