Hi guys,
I'm 20 and fractured my knee requiring surgery back in June. I've been undergoing physio online to regain lost muscle and it's bene going ok. However, I've recently noticed that if I bend my leg in the air without support my knee makes quite a distinct crackling noise. It isn't specifically accompanied with pain but I have also noticed that the knee has been a bit more sore than udual but nothing too bad. I have been slacking slightly with the physio exercises the past few weeks as I've been doing a lot of walking, so could it be because of this? My physiotherapidt has previously assured me that I shouldn't accept that I will always be in pain or experience discomfort as I'm young and cartilage should be able to build up again. I should also mention that I have slightly dysplasia in my knee and have dislocated it previous to the accident. (By the way all I did was lunge and it dislocated and fractured, very weird). Any input or reassurance is very welcome!
