This is a marble shaped lump of fluid buildup you sometimes get after a surgery -  Am I right in saying putting the area above heart level would speed up the reabsorption of this fluid? Would compressing the area (by wearing a knee sleeve ) also speed up the absorption of the fluid?

Maybe ask your physio if massage like effleurage might help. Or just let it reabsorb naturally, is it causing an issue?
Came off bike onto concrete 9/9/09
LK arthroscopy 8/2/10
2nd scope on 16/12/10
RK arthroscopy on 5/2/15
Lateral meniscus trim, excision of hoffa's fat pad, chondral stabilisation
LK scope 10.1.19 medial menisectomy, trochlea microfracture, general tidy up

not really just when I'm walking I have to be more careful so the knee doesn't catch the seroma\fluid when bending and straighening it

Give it more time. 3 months would not be unusual to recover from arthroscopy :)

gotcha, do you know if lifting the knee or wearing compressions speeds up reabsorbtion of seroma?
