Hi,
I'm 29 male. partially tore my right PCL 3 years ago, and doing pretty fine since then.
I recently started meditating. and I have trouble sitting crossed legged on the floor. I read that the main cause is tight Piriformis due to sedentary lifestyle. so I started stretching it, like this:

I noticed that when streching the leg with the torn PCL, I feel pressure in the knee and along the hamstrings, which doesnt happen in the other leg.
so I wanted to ask if this is normal, and if this strech is causing damage due to my torm PCL.
