Hi all, I probably have an inferior branch saphenous neuropathy-maybe nerve entrapment-post arthroscopy, and was wondering about treatment options. Has anyone tried pulsed RFA? I'm already on gabapentin and a low dose of duloxetine.

Hi, it might be too late to reply, but I had saphenous nerve problems a few years ago. I did not try RFA, but had surgery. Did you end up having RFA? If you have any questions for me I would be glad to help.

I ended up having a physio break down the scar tissue surround my saphenous nerve and this worked 80-90%!! But I still acts up if I have done too much.
