Acupuncture for Chondromalacia?

Anyone try this for CMP? I'm probably too far gone for it but it may help with pain.

I didnt find that to help but what was part of my problem were trigger points... if you get dry needling for trigger points it can help muscle problems that go with your knee problems.  Be forewarned that it does hurt quite a bit, but not for long, and it can take some days to "recover" from treatment.   Its like accupuncture on steroids.    You need to find a PT who is good at this...

I tried, didn't work...
RK Patella Luxation in 2000
RK Scope grade 2 damage to patella
RK PT for 4 mths, recovered 90% after 4 years
LK Patella Luxation in Oct'16
LK Scope to remove loose bodies (grade 4) to patella Nov'16
LK Lateral Release + MPFL Reefing + MCIC in the UK Dec'17
