So while my left knee seems to be much better now, my right knee I think has fat pad inflammation. Besides NSAIDs and icing, what physio exercises are best for this. I heard straight leg raises are a no no? Mcconell tape seemed to just irritate my knee.

Do you have arthritis in the knee?
With fat pad, Id just stick to ice massage, topical NSAIDs, elevation and getting the patella tracking properly, ie work on all the muscles, hips down...definitely not just quads

A physio should advise on what to do
