Thank you!

The medial meniscus is intact. Areas of partial-thickness cartilage loss
at the medial femoral condyle with a focal full-thickness cartilage
fissuring anteriorly at the medial femoral condyle, including a mild
subjacent marrow signal abnormality.

Hi.  I hope your knee isn't too painful.

Your report there, or at least that part of it if you've only shared a portion, is specifically about the inside of your knee.  Unfortunately, the cartilage over that half of your knee at the bottom of your femur is in bad shape.  There are all kinds of options for treatment which I believe depend on how big the areas of cartilage loss are and whether the underlying bone is damaged as well.  I would expect a consultant to recommend surgery if he/she agrees with the diagnosis below.

The good news is that it sounds like your menisci are still in good shape, which is always a really helpful bonus, as whatever treatment you end up going for will do much better with healthy menisci in tact.
Snowboard injury 21/01/16
Open cartilage graft (Chondrotissue) 29/06/16
Sub-total lateral meniscectomy, LTP cartilage removal 20/01/17
11mm Closing Medial DFO and LTP Microfracture 10/08/18
