Good evening all (Pacific time in California),
One of the themes of this forum has been trying to encourage each other through longstanding, interpretive injuries that leave us debilitated. To extend and promote that camaraderie, I was thinking of starting a periodic Skype group where we could meet, encourage one another, and offer feedback on our injuries. Some of the benefits that come to mind:
A) A time to be heard and related to.
B) Giving feedback to the best of our ability to each other.
C) Holding each other accountability for tackling some of the tedious work required to recover (physical therapy, stretching, losing weight, etc).
If any of you are interested, perhaps we could have a little meeting soon, and if it kicks enough butt, maybe we could do it more consistently down the road.
Let me know what you think!
Ben
