5 months post aerthoscopic later release
« on: June 04, 2018, 06:08:48 PM »
I had a aerthoscopic later release on my left knee about 5 months ago for patellar tracking. I did 10 weeks of pt at 2x a week then insurance refused anymore. I've still been doing the excersizes at home and hitting the gym 3-4x a week to do the bike and elliptical like adviced by pt and my surgeon. I feel like I've gone nowhere I can't walk for more then a few minutes without a lot of pain. It's still swelling daily, I can't kneel on it or squat at all. Any ideas on what I can do to help it or things I can talk to my surgeon about when I go back the end of the month?
