This is the second MRI after my Micro Fracture, having trouble understanding the results! I dont know what the next step is as is still have the same pain in the same place!

Any help with my diagnosis is much appreciated!

It doesn't suggest that's there's anything notable going on, there's no specific mention of a cartilage defect so presumably there's been healing. There's some swelling around the fat pad which is often down to kneecap maltracking or overuse. Do you ice the knee?
Where in the knee was the mfx? When was the surgery? Where is the pain? What brings it on? What activities do you do?
What does your physiotherapist or surgeon suggest?
Came off bike onto concrete 9/9/09
LK arthroscopy 8/2/10
2nd scope on 16/12/10
RK arthroscopy on 5/2/15
Lateral meniscus trim, excision of hoffa's fat pad, chondral stabilisation
LK scope 10.1.19 medial menisectomy, trochlea microfracture, general tidy up
