What is the future without a medial meniscus? People can live long without pain? Is that true?

Thanks.

Everyone is different, some people have quite severe arthritis and little pain while others have fairly good bone surfaces but lots of pain.

You might for example find an unloader brace useful if you have any misalignment as a result (see a specialist orthotist), if a transplant isn't an option?
