I am a 33yr old female from the northeast corner of NY. I have bilateral femoral retroversion and severe knock knee deformity.
My 1st corrective surgery is set for March 15th...
We're starting with a distal femoral osteotomy and knee arthroscopy.
With just  a month to go, I'm looking for any tips suggestions or ideas for making the recovery process at home easier.
I'm not exactly sure what to expect in terms of pain, mobility or comfort beyond the basic post op care sheet I received from the hospital.
Any information, suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated as this is my first in a series of corrective surgeries.
