Right Foot Pain
« on: February 14, 2018, 06:58:19 PM »
Okay so Iím new to all of this. But this was my third knee surgery and itís been a lot different than my other two. Yesterday PT let me go from NWB to PWB. But every time my foot touches the ground, it hurts so badly that I almost donít want to walk. Which sucks because Iím really excited to be able to start kind of walking. In my surgery, they cut the quad attachment point and shifted it (the bone) and also tightened my MCL. Iíve never had this food pain and itís aggravating. Itís near my pinky toe on that pad of my food. Iíve tried massaging it but so far no luck. I see my surgeon in a week so Iíll bring it up with her then but Iíd really like to know now how to make it go away.
