I recently (May 26) had my seventh knee surgery on my right knee. This was my second meniscectomy, and in addition to removal my surgeon also did a repair to the posterior medial. I spent the first week on crutches. The second in my brace, but I also moved around the house with just the ace bandage. I've done nothing more than walk on my leg; it has been almost two weeks post op. I saw my surgeon yesterday who said swelling is very minimal. However, I have joint line tenderness, as well as a minor tightness radiating from behind my knee. I did not feel this discomfort in the initial week post op.
Can anyone tell me if this is consistent with post op recovery or with my sutchers failing?
