MCL pain
« on: February 04, 2017, 09:46:07 PM »
Hi everyone!
Looking for some info for my current situation and if anyone's had something similar and their outcome.

I had an accident at work in October 2015 which caused a complete rupture of my PCL, MCL and meniscus tears (had a MRI to confirm this in December 2015). I had my first surgery in January 2016 to repair the meniscus and a second surgery in july 2016 to do the reconstruction of my PCL and MCL.
When I woke up after surgery I was told that only my PCL was reconstructed as the surgeon thought my MCL had healed by itself.

My problem is this I have no problem with the new PCL but I have a lot of pain from my MCL to a point I cant walk sometimes, I'm an active person and my job is very active. If I knew I was going to get this sort of pain with it id rather they had just sorted then.
Ive not had another MRI to see what is going with it and maybe its not healed in the correct area?
