I'm about 3-4 weeks out with OATS/microfracture, and I'm closer to 90. The thing that I found that helped the most was icing (if you aren't doing that a ton anyways). When I wake up in the morning (after being locked in extension all night), my knee is so stiff it takes my entire morning exercises to get back to my max.
How are you healing? Is your ROM better now?
