Hi all
I am in my 5 week post op . I torn my patella playing basketball. Weird.. after doing martial arts ( muy thai ) for few years and soccer for many , never had an issue.
Anyway... things could always be worse. I am about 70 degrees in flexion. And I have the extra wire to protect the patella tendon so I cannot pass 90 . I have to get back to work in Feb..no.matter what,. I don't want to loose my practice... it is a stupid injury.
I have heard so.many different orthopedics with different ways if rehab... any suggestions or how was yours?
