Hey Everyone,
I am 12 weeks post op, I wanted to mention something about my personal experience. I thought that if I went to PT 3X a week and also rode the stationary bike 3X a week I would recover faster. I did great for a few weeks, but then my surgery leg started developing tremendous fatigue, to the point of almost collapsing on me a few times. So....I have backed it off a bit, letting my leg recover at least a day in between the sessions. For anyone like me that wants it to heal faster than it possibly can, I recommend that you please be patient, this healing takes at least six months for normal activities, perhaps a year before you can exercise hard like you could before your injury. Don't risk a re-injury after a quad tendon repair. I can't even imagine going through this again. Best of luck to everyone!
