Sharp 'Whincing' / shooting pain in lateral lower leg.
« on: April 09, 2016, 07:10:13 AM »
My knee was actually feeling great, and then this started to come on over a couple of weeks:

A sharp whincing pain that originates just around the head of the fibula, and sort of shoots down my leg on the later side.  It feels likes its fairly deep, like an inch deep into the flesh.   I dont really know how to describe it other than a whincing pain.  Not a sharp stabbing pain, but a whincing pain that sort of shoots through the leg and makes the leg feel weak because of the pain.  I guess its nerve related?

Has anyone had this, and if so, is it something that needs to be stretched out?  or foam rolled?
