After doing decline eccentric squats for my right knee (which has a low grade patellar tedinosis) - I experience pain on the patellar tendon in my left knee a couple of minutes after finishing the squats. The pain was an achy/burning sensation rather than a stabbing pain. I iced it and it has been a couple of days and now it just feels as though I have patellar tendonitis but I am scared I may have partially torn it even though there was no pain whilst doing the squats.

There is a small small bump on the tibial tuberosity. Any advice?
