COLD FOOT AFTER ARTHROSCOPY
«

A week ago I had an arthroscopy on my left knee and I am now suffering from a very cold left foot,
is this normal and will it warm up in time or do I need to go back to the hospital and get it checked out ?

It doesn't sound normal, I've never had such after any of my three arthroscopies. Contact the surgeon / hospital in the morning, or ask the physio assuming you are seeing one. Are you walking normally or still with crutches?

Are you doing the usual post scope exercises like ankle pumps, quad sets, heel slides to get the ROM back and circulation moving? What was done in the surgery?
You should still seek medical advice tomorrow

Flexing the ankle, lifting the leg up and holding it, standing and bending the knee that type of thing, yes I certainly will tomorrow first thing.
