Getting comfy after ACLr

So i've just had my ACLr yesterday, i've got a huge brace on which i'm sure others do too. Im trying to make the most of the time before the local anaesthetic wears off by getting some uni work done but it's impossible to sit on a chair! I was wondering if anyone had found an effective way of sitting properly. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

If had Mpfl so again huge brace with pading hinges velcro and rom knobs!! The best way i found to get comfy was to sit with leg/foot up on a foot stool same height as sofa or slightly raised with soft pillows on it to rest leg on. Make sure you don't rest area of incision on it though! I presume this is higher up like mine so should be fine. I do the same in bed put pillows in bed and instead of the heavy duvet i sleep with lighter blankets on me as it hurts my leg and ankle having extra weight on it for a long time.
