I have been experiencing some knee pain on the back of the knee. I have had patella tracking problems for years, resulting in a tibial transplant surgery 12 years ago. That helped, but didn't get rid of the problem. With the progression of the new pain, I became concerned and met with my orthopedic surgeon. He said that the nerves of the knee wrap all the way around and it was not a surprise considering the fact that my patella is shot. Does this sound right to you?
