Kneecap pain
« on: March 06, 2015, 05:10:08 PM »
My knees have been hurting around kneecap for about 3 1/2 months. They hurt if I try to run but I can not see any swelling. Any ideas about it. Really hurts bad sometimes if I try to walk back and forth. I went to dr and he suggested aleeve but did not really help.

Have you seen a knee specialist?

Maybe look here, see if anything fits.

Patello femoral syndrome or runners knee is a possible culprit but it could be anything or nothing much. . Ask for an MRI
