Hi all,
For the last few weeks I've started noticing pain in
The back side of my knee, outer side near to where the tendons
Attached, mainly when I turn my foot outward & the knee rotates in.
Also my lcl has started to feel sore again.
I haven't had any episodes it just seems to have started for no reason.
Just hope it's not the start of yet more problems.!!!
Any ideas out there as to what this could be?
