Extreme heaviness in knee as if filled with water and skin about to tear!!

I have had ACL reconstructive surgery using patellar tendon for the allograft.  I have insane pain and its 7th day after my surgery... The pain was something that is normal but does anyone have any idea about the extreme weight? It feels like my leg is not mine and when I put my foot on the ground it fills like its filled with water to the extent that it might tear my incisions open.

Can anyone with similar experience help me out how to relieve this unpleasant sensation?

Blood rush from the bruising moving down your leg.  Very common after ACL recon.  However, if concerned, get checked by the surgeon or physio

Lateral meniscus trim, excision of hoffa's fat pad, chondral stabilisation
LK scope 10.1.19 medial menisectomy, trochlea microfracture, general tidy up
